Carola Salvato is a senior executive and business advisor with over twenty years of experience shaping growth, innovation, and governance at the intersection of business, institutions, and societal transformation. Her work focuses on helping organizations turn complexity into decision clarity, competitive advantage, and long-term value creation.
She is the Founder & CEO of KEA Connecta, a purpose-driven operating platform and advisory firm created as the synthesis of her executive career. Through a human-centered, systems-led approach that aligns leadership, governance, and performance, KEA Connecta supports organizations in integrating growth, innovation, and social impact to build resilient, future-ready models in complex environments.
Carola has held senior leadership roles within leading international communication and advisory groups, including Il Sole 24 Ore, Dedalus Group, IPG, Omnicom, and Havas. Her expertise spans life sciences, longevity, energy, innovation, and sustainability, with a strong focus on ecosystem building and cross-sector collaboration.
She currently serves as Board Member of Giffoni Innovation Hub and Senior Advisor to Alkemy, supporting organizations in digital transformation through data, technology, and creativity. She also advises TechBricks, a venture studio dedicated to high-tech startup development, and collaborates with Deloitte Life Sciences and leading pharmaceutical companies on innovation and transformation initiatives. In addition, she advises Earth Day Italia and the Milan Longevity Summit and works with major foundations on SDG-aligned programs. Her advisory work often sits at C-suite and board level, supporting organizational repositioning, innovation roadmaps, and cross-sector partnerships.
Carola is Co-Founder and President of GWPR Italia (Global Women in PR), Communication and External Relations Advisor to Diplomatia, and Delegate to its Health Policy Commission, contributing to dialogue at the intersection of policy, innovation, and health systems.
A creative thinker, writer, and keynote speaker, she combines strategic rigor with a visionary mindset. Deeply engaged in women’s empowerment and human-rights advocacy, she also promotes interreligious dialogue and international cooperation across the Mediterranean, Saudi Arabia, and Africa.
Her leadership philosophy is anchored in Harmonious Impact, an approach to growth where economic performance, societal value, and sustainability act as mutually reinforcing drivers of resilience and scale.
